I am a small town, single mother, and a beginning trainer. I'm still learning as I go, but I'm optimistic! January 7, 2023 I started working out, because I knew if I started New Year's Day I would have been a part of the statistics of dropping it in a week. In my head I wasn't going to quit if I didn't put the pressure of New Year's resolutions on myself. I wouldn't have guessed my progress would have taken me this far! I found my passion, and it excited me that I could actually do something with this! I just wanted to feel better about myself, fix some health issues, and look better. I did not think that one day I would be helping others achieve their fitness goals as well. I'm here for it. I have fallen in love with working out and I plan on implementing a fun bubbly way of training so it does not seem like a chore! I want to be different from other trainers by bringing my fun energy to keep you motivated and driven to your dream!
I remember the exact moment I wanted to be a gym rat. My daughter was 1, she's 7 now and my biggest supporter. She's the one who's jumping around and screaming with me in the kitchen with each of my milestones I've accomplished. We've even celebrated the little ones because to achieve a goal you must break it down into little milestones to lead up to your highest accomplishment.
A little about my certificates: I have obtained many qualifications to become a Master Trainer. I took 6 different courses I thought were best for myself, my friends, and my community. I chose the highest level of training I could get! 6 courses earned me two bonus certificates as an Elite and Master. This course was actually 6 months (at my own pace) so of course I got it done in 2 months!
